Officially launched to represent traditionally under-represented professional athlete groups, the agency's unique positioning believes elite, global athletes including those in the BIPOC, AAPI, women and LBGTQIA+ communities deserve to experience equity defined as power, freedom, abundance and full-self-expression. Olliver is one of the few female agents in professional action sports who has tirelessly advocated to get everyone a seat at the table in a community that has traditionally been crowded by men.
